SHIPPING AND RETURNS
ANANÁ delivers products to almost all countries on earth. If we can’t ship to a certain country, customers will not be allowed to make the purchase. All products are shipped through DHL Express.
EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Express International Shipping generally takes 2-6 business days for orders to arrive once shipped. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays may occur.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address.

We are committed to your 100% satisfaction. Therefore, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply send it back and we will give you an e- Gift Card or a full refund.
To complete your return, please contact us before taking any actions at firstname.lastname@example.org
- You can return any full price item* within 15 days of purchase for an e-Gift Card or 5 days of purchase for a refund. Any returned items received after, may be denied.
- We will cover your return delivery (ONLY via our Returns Portal) if you choose to accept an e-Gift Card to the value of your returned product(s).
- If you choose a full refund to the value of your returned product(s), you will need to cover the delivery fee back to us. ***We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as ANANÁ cannot issue a refund on items that are not received. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
- Customers who received product(s) with a manufacturing fault or incorrectly are entitled to a full refund and free return delivery, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team at email@example.com you need to attach the picture.

CONDITION OF RETURN
- All product(s) must be returned:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With all original tags still attached
- Not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder
- Free of make-up or tan marks
WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
- For hygienic reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- All SALE items CANNOT be returned, (excluding full priced items purchased using a discount code)
- Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time.
- If you would like to exchange an item, we highly recommend that you purchase the replacement size prior to sending back the return and we will issue you with an e-Gift Card once we receive your unwanted item.
ASSESSING THE RETURN
Return product(s) will be assessed and we will notify you if your return has been accepted. Unreturnable items and/or returned items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. ***ANANÁ reserves the right to deny a return.
Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to ANANÁ. ANANÁ will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.
REFUNDS & PROCESSING
- Returns are generally processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
- Please allow 5 to 8 business days for us to process refunds.
- ***Please note if there may be an issue with your original payment type, you must notify our customer care team prior to making your return at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to organize alternative refund. Any issues that may arise with refunds to the original account due to ANANÁ not being notified are completely out of our control and ANANÁ will not be held accountable.
